Live Your Beauty

The idea of Bluliving is you're young, radiant, beautiful, and living your best free life now.  As a woman, you are taking stock of what you value, what inspires you, and making steps towards your dream today.  As you progress, you are creating a balance between work and home, and thinking of how to make more time for you.

Autumn Moments II

Autumn moments regales a time for one's self as an individual. Golden, emerald, red and orange hues leave a silhouette, a touch of magic and a gentle reminder that summer has gone. Autumn moments bring one back to who they are now in this very moment - even with life happening. Whether you come from a big family, a small one, a big city or live in the suburbs, it is easy to lose one's self from all the comings and goings of daily routines and life. And just as the green leaves wither slowly, crisply crinkling, creating balance is necessary in order to feel good and be even better. And when you are closer to your nature, you will be renewed. You'll notice breaths of fresh air once where there was a stagnancy and mundaneness. Your sense of self will align more with your purpose in life.

Ask yourself as you wake: how am I going to make the best of today? Am I enjoying my time and what am I grateful for in my life now? Autumn moments asks you to reflect on: How you live your life now between all of your responsibilities at work and at home. Who do you take care of and who are the family members who depend on you? How do you make time for them without losing your way and strength? Have you had enough sleep, about 7 hours on a good day so that you can carry forward with all of your tasks? Sometimes what drives us to work harder and make money clouds our judgment on why we are doing the very things we do. And we fail to understand that when we are not whole, and lose ourselves as individuals (what we once were when we were young) we are not truly living and being our best selves. Autumn moments asks one to reflect on practices that have worked in life: a workout routine, mindfulness moments throughout the day, cooking a new recipe to share with family, a walking meditation or hike in nature, and really taking the time to recuperate and rejuvenate one's self. Now you may already set aside time and relish in the playdates you've set for your kids and activities you've organized. See if you can really rest when you need to, and view yourself not only as a parent, rather as an individual who is also living and breathing. As you race through the days and nights doing, stop for a few moments here and there to enjoy a meal and or the drive to your destination. Autumn moments encompasses making time but creating space in between your busy hours during the day. They are simple moments one deserves and can innately enjoy. And as a parent or guardian seldom do you have the precious time. Make each moment special by breathing in some air in those short moments. Smile as you take your first sip of coffee or tea ready for the day ahead.
